Hello Whitehall residents!
The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources department has granted us TEN trees to be planted along the bare areas of Falls Church Road! This will save us a bunch of money as we embark on a neighborhood landscaping program that we’ll talk more about at the annual meeting.
They will provide:
- Ten trees
- Digging tools
- Gloves
- First-aid kit
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Personnel to guide us
We just need to provide FIVE volunteers to actually do the work of digging holes and filling them in once the trees go in, which should go fairly quickly.
